Our Services

 

Feasibility Study - the starting point for any extension - we will take a comprehensive look at the options open to you and provide you with some initial design solutions.

 

Planning - we will complete the planning application drawings and submit them to your local council for planning permission. If planning is not required, we can obtain written confirmation of this through a lawful development certificate.

Building Regulations - we will complete the building regulations drawings and submit them to your local council for building regulations approval.

​

Builders Pack - we will provide additional information required by your builder to enable the project to be costed properly and documents that you will require when the building work is started.

Other Sevices - we can provide a number of optional services such as landscaping designs, interior design and energy calculations.

Our service is flexible and each part is carried out as a separate agreement with you. For example, if we carry out a Feasibility Study for you, you are not committed to use us for any of our other services (although we will, of course, be very happy if you do!)
